ARRIVAL TIME

Please aim to arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time with clean/makeup free eyes and lashes. Extra time spent cleaning your lashes will mean less time lashing. If you arrive after your scheduled appointment time, it may not be possible to extend the time available for your booked service; if your service is shortened due to your late arrival, you will still be charged the full cost of the service.

​Please avoid exfoliating & applying anti-ageing products around the eye area 3 days either side of your HD Brow appointment, Avoid fake tanning products on the facial area 2 to 3 days either side of your HD Brow appointment.

CHANGING YOUR APPOINTMENT

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to reschedule or cancel a booked appointment without penalty.

SICKNESS OR FAMILY EMERGENCY

If you, or another person in your household, has an infectious or contagious illness, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment for a later date. For your safety and that of staff and other clients, please do not come to your appointments sick. If it is assumed you are currently sick, your appointment may be cut short or cancelled and rescheduled for when you are healthy again. As a working mum, I understand the occasional family emergency may arise unexpectedly. A one-time allowance of last minute cancellation or reschedule will be permitted for sickness or family emergency. After that the cancellation and no show policy is in effect.

CANCELLATION + NO SHOW 

As a courtesy, appointment reminders are sent out 72 and 24 hours by text. If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged  50% of your service as a cancellation fee. If you reschedule or no show your appointment within 4 hours of your scheduled appointment time, you will be charged 100% of your service as a cancellation fee. A deposit for all new clients or appointments over £60.00 will be required at the time of booking and will be taken off the total service cost at the end of your appointment. If an appointment is cancelled within the 24 hour time period or a no show happens the deposit is non-refundable. This is to protect your time that is set aside especially for you, as well as to protect our time which books up quickly, especially around any upcoming holiday. In turn, we promise to keep appointments on time, give you our full and undivided attention and of course, the best lash work Chloë Lash & Beauty Bar has to offer!​

AFTER HOURS APPOINTMENTS

Certain circumstances and seasons may leave you in a panic to squeeze in a last minute appointment that is outside of our normal business hours. After hours appointments may be available on a case by case basis for an additional £25 fee. Please contact us directly to schedule your after hours appointment.

REFUND POLICY

You are paying for Chloë's time, product, knowledge and other expenses used to provide you with a service. No refunds will be given for any reason on services or products. If you are unhappy with a service, you may contact us within 72 hours of your appointment to discuss your concerns and if a fix can be done to address your concerns, it will be done so with a complimentary 30 minute express infill or consultation if it is the fault of application or product. Any concerns addressed after 72 hours of your last appointment or if you failed to follow the proper aftercare instructions, will be charged at full price for the service.

NO CHILDREN & PETS ATTENDING APPOINTMENTS

Due to my insurance, children and/or pets are not permitted during appointment times. The most important reason being your's and your children's/pets health and safety being around equipment, chemicals that could cause harm & that of the technicians concentration and safety also during your appointment time period. Friends and family members are not permitted during your appointment unless pre-arranged.

AGE RESTRICTION POLICY

Due to health and safety & Insurance purposes ONLY clients 16 years + HD Brows & Lash Treatments, unless 14 -16 years with a parental consent form is signed with a parent present during the HD Brow & Lash Treatment procedure. This is to protect you as a client as well as the technician.

PATCH TESTING

Patch testing is required for lash treatments & HD Brow services where the products come into contact with the skin. This is mandatory to rule out any/potential allergies and sensitivities before carrying out a service where you will be in full exposure of the products used. This is required 24-48 hours prior to your appointment. Failure to do so will result in your appointment being cancelled and rescheduled until the patch test has been carried out.
